Early Dismissals

If a student requires an early dismissal (E.D.) from school, he/she MUST report to Office A. The attendance staff will have the student call their parent/guardian or an individual listed on their emergency form to inform them of their request of an early dismissal.  Once approval is obtained, the proper paperwork will be completed by the Attendance Office. All students MUST be picked up by the parent/guardian or an individual listed on their emergency form.  The parent/guardian or individual listed on their emergency form MUST present identification and sign the early dismissal form before the student is released. 
 
Upon returning to school, the student must have the E.D. slip signed by the class teacher(s) of the class(es) they missed and retain the slip for their records. A copy of the form will be filed in the students' records and their attendance will be excused for the periods missed.
